We thought that we would tone it down this year from our 100km walk in 24 hours but there is too much to be done in fighting the stigma that is keeping those in need of help from seeking it out. More than 30 families each day across Canada are torn apart due to the mental health and toxic drug crisis.
We are bringing our campaign across communities in 2024 from Niagara Falls, ON to Ottawa, ON. This is going to be a large undertaking and we need your support.
