Coming up:

Saturday, February 28 – Coldest Night of the Year

We will be taking part in the “Coldest Night of the Year” walk once again and you are welcome to join our team and/or donate to help us reach our goal! This year, as in previous years, we will be fundraising for Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa

We will be walking from Cooper and Bank Street to Blyth Academy The Glebe and back for the 5km option but if you would like, there is a 2km option from Cooper and Bank St. to Patterson and Bank St and back!

Join us in what we hope will be the “Coldest Night of the Year”, only in name!

“Steps To Remember” 2026

In 2026, On The Road 4 Mental Health will be hosting 10 walks to mark the 10 years since British Columbia became the first province to declare a public health emergency and to mark 10 years since a national surveillance system, led by the Public Health Agency of Canada to track opioid deaths, hospitalizations and emergency department visits.

Each walk will have one step in memory of every person lost to the opioid crisis in the last 10 years.

More events will be added throughout the year!
